Looking for a Component Engineer for my client in the printing technologies

Start: ASAP

Location: Venlo, Netherlands

Duration: 6 months +

Languages: English (Dutch is a plus)

Introduction: Component Engineer to support selection, qualification and life cycle management of analog components

Position's main tasks: The Component Engineer is responsible for the qualification of electrical analog components (eg motor drivers, analog IC's, FET's, transistors, etc.), complying with both the requirements of the design teams and the acquisition strategies. He will be working in the Component Support team, at the borders of electrical engineering and purchasing. He will coordinate the life cycle of components from qualification till End-of-Life and keep the component portfolio fit for new design and production. - Clean up current database of analog components - Propose analog components for future design and discuss with stakeholders - Process components in database - Life cycle management on these components

Professional skills: - Affinity with electrical components and their life cycles - Affinity with commercial aspects

Education:

BSc or higher in Electronics

Behavioural skills: - Social - Team spirit - Being able to work in a group with much interaction - Supportive attitude

Field of experience At least a couple of years of experience in analog design with motor drivers, analog IC's FET's, transistors, etc.
