Description
My client in Brussels is looking for an IS Security Consultant, your responsibility will involve dealing with a wide range of technologies (on every layer, and from network/hardware level to COTS software and ad-hoc developments) and act as a quick-learning, solution-oriented and security minded IT expert. A valid and current EUCI security clearance is an asset; in any case, the successful candidate can be requested to apply for an EUCI security clearance. Supporting the design, implementation, operation and improvements of IT systems managed by HR.DS.2.
The tasks require the sound knowledge of the following technologies and systems, applying them to IS security in particular: Drafting of Security plans and related documentation; Configuration and Management of IT infrastructure including Servers, network components, SAN, backup solutions, access control; Implementation of Information Systems based on COTS software and ad hoc developments; Performance of security tests, audits, gap analysis; Good knowledge of Database Management and/or Object Oriented Programming languages is a plus.
