Description
Summary:Conduct marketing coordination activities in North America, in conjunction with third party marketing firms and event planners.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on a daily basis with marketing firms to develop, distribute and track new marketing content for digital and print channels.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- Track marketing and sales activity including customer attendance at over 70 events per year.
- Analyze collected data and present to the MARCOM team.
- Work closely on a daily basis with the extended MARCOM team, the North America Dealer community, the North America sales team and specific customers.
- Conduct and track on a daily basis specific administrative activities related to electronic filing, project plan updates and logistics management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent discipline required.
- Two to four years relevant marketing, communications or public relations experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Experience required with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Youtube.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
