Description

Summary
  • This role will develop and execute change communication strategies across a variety of colleague-facing initiatives and support leadership operating model/organizational messaging.
  • This role will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to define communication objectives, audiences, key messages, and deliverables for multiple projects.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Develop change communication plans and deliverables for key projects to engage and inform colleagues, change behavior where required, and drive business results.
  • Ensure the planning, development, and execution of communications consider all audiences/levels in the firm; address the unique needs of the business units and geographies; are consistent and aligned with practices, brand standards, and other initiatives/global messages
  • Support business priorities and objectives; and align to the company's values and goals.
  • Use a wide range of communication channels (webcasts, face-to-face, video, online, print, social media, etc.) to engage and inform all levels of colleagues globally, including key knowledge management platform
  • Coordinate with global communicators to align on approach, timing and intent of colleague-facing messages.
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Director of Technology/Security/Real Estate Communications on leadership messaging.
  • Successfully manage and prioritize workload.
  • Track impact and adoption/success measures of efforts.
SKILLS:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; graduate degree a plus (eg, Communication, Change Management, Business, Journalism, English).
  • 7-10 years of relevant strategic communication and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute change communication strategies that drive behavior change and deliver results.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to a broad employee population-using easy to understand terminology (simple language)
  • Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal, team, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability and willingness to perform both strategic and tactical elements of the role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven expertise using different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience, and message.
  • 7- 10 years experience in a role like this is a must!

  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Creative thinker, with a desire and willingness to seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and operate comfortably in a matrixed environment.
