Summary
The Operations Analyst provides strategic support associated with the Accelerated Claim Closure practice, including operational, financial, and business development activities. This will be more of a Data Analyst role.
Position Responsibilities/Main Functions:
  • Improve presentation development through research and document design
  • Participate in strategic initiatives related to process improvement/change management
  • Develop, construct and distribute various client facing reports utilizing proprietary program
  • Produce initial client files at the onset of new client projects
  • Independently manage projects related to data cleanup, review, and scrubbing
  • Miscellaneous activities including filing, shipping, record keeping, and supply ordering
SKILLS:

Required skills and experience:
  • BS degree or equivalent degree, preferably in business, with a risk management, finance or related focus
  • 0-2 years
  • Analytical - analysis of information, situations or procedures
  • Excel -advanced skills required; must have macros, pivot tables and know how to work with charts and graphics.
  • PowerPoint - advanced presentation development skills including development of aesthetically pleasing tables, graphs, and other illustrations related to data tied to MS Excel
  • Organization & Time Management - disciplined project management capabilities
  • Writing skills - writing skills to draft proposal, marketing materials, and client reports
  • Presentation skills - including research, development and assembly of presentations
  • Must have advanced Excel skills.
