Communications & Training Manager - financial services (Bristol OR London)
We are looking to recruit a Communications Manager with a strong record around Training to join a well recognised financial services organisation, with a base in either Bristol or London.
The successful Communications Manager will be able to use strong communication skills around the likes of 'tones of voice' to communicate training material to a range of internal colleagues. The training material is somewhat dry; based on a complex regulatory piece - and requires delivery to colleagues in a manner that can engage and interest staff. tone of voice and the delivery of the message/training is key here.
The successful Communications Manager must have had input on training design in the past - please note this is a Comms Manager role with Training, rather than a Training Manager role with Comms.
Moreover, it is essential that the Training Manager has a strong financial services background.
This role requires a Communications Manager who can:
- Work with the project & business areas to understand colleague impacts, determine what is required across comms or training to deliver the message
- Design training & comms material, gain sign off & finally deliver
- Colleague impacts are likely to be - the need for general awareness/overview of the legislation; and processes and procedures will need to be updated and communicated to colleagues in due course.
- The subject matter is relatively dry & the candidate will need to have the ability to create engaging colleague material, whether comms or training.
