On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Senior Change Communication Manager (Identity and Access Management)/100% (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Design communication guidelines and standards for three OCM projects
  • Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
  • Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl. content creation and coordination with owners of global channels
  • Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings etc.
  • Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
  • Identify additional OCM activities that ensure the success of projects
  • Travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also San Francisco)


Your qualifications
  • University degree in Communication Management
  • Relevant experience in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form
  • Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
  • Experience in change projects and interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
  • Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed personality with analytical skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong interest in new technologies and familiarity with Google Suite
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) is of advantage
