It is essential that you have proven experience supporting large globally recognised organisations with recruitment of IT roles. Strong communication and organisational skills are paramount, as you will be coordinating with senior managers and stakeholders within the business. It is important that your experience transcends beyond working with agencies and that you have experience that has concentrated on external sourcing.
