About the role
As a Change Manager for this large and critical transformation project, you will be key in aiding a successful organizational transition across IT platforms and & IT- based initiatives!
You will be a key member in implementing the organizational change and enable the team to learn and adopt new systems and processes.
Your ability to create change plans from scratch and championing the creation of presentations and documentation will be key!
Required Skills/Experience
- Prior strong Change Management experience on large transformation projects
- Must have a keen ability to assess the landscape, effectively identify risk and key stakeholders and change resistance.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Knowledge of/exposure to Engineering environments will be a big plus
