Next Ventures is urgently looking for a User Community Designer for a Telecom startup company in Saudi Arabia. Our client will sponsor all Visa, flights and accommodation.
They need a candidate with a Commercial/Care profile that can drive the design of the Community operating model (user profiling, advanced/testing users recruitment, compensation policies, content creation mechanisms, interaction model for Q&A, content creation/upload )
Responsibilities:
In charge of the design and set-up of their User Community(es), following Google´s (or Microsoft´s) model - users help other users, test and report on new products, contribute with content
Start date: Immediately
Languages: English
Location: Riyadh
Duration: initially 3 months but with very clear possibilities of extending if they are happy with the work
