Financial Markets/ UK Equities/ Bonds IT Project ManagerLONDON - ContractOne of our major European clients in the financial sector is looking for a Project Manager to handle one or more projects from their offices in London (UK).
This fast growing company with an international presence based in central London, will require a motivated Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver various projects at various stages within the project lifecycle the financial markets.
The successful candidate daily routine will involve projects such as:
- Creating new links with central banks
- Improving the CREST service for cooperative investments
- Creating new transaction capture interfaces with external business partners
- Enhancing technical infrastructures to cope with larger volumes.

The successful Financial Markets/ UK Equities/ Bonds IT Project Manager will require:
- Experience in wholesale financial markets, knowledge of settlement of UK equities or bonds will be beneficial
- Record of leading projects in all stages (design/build to testing/acceptance/launch)
- Experienced with project planning tools such as MS Project
- Certified in a recognised Project Management method e.g. Prince2 or PMI will be additional
