Profile description
A Test Manager manages the test activities of a project. He/she's capable of producing a test strategy. He/she composes and maintains the Master Test Plan in consultation with the project. He/she plans & coordinates the test activities during the test phases, manages the defects, monitors and reports on the actual test progress.
General technical skills:
. Experienced in composing test strategies
. Experienced in writing Master Test Plans
. Experienced in system, integration and acceptance testing
. Experienced in composing testing documentation
. Knowledge of or experienced in risk, budget and resource management

. Knowledge of structured testing methodologies (eg V-model)
