Windows Subject Matter Expert- Italy - 50 days- Rate €Neg - SC Cleared
Our environment is heterogeneous with mixture of Windows and Linux platforms. The Windows Subject Matter Expert is responsible for delivering system design and implementation of the solution to our environment. Our organization needs to design, test and implement central authentication solution for internal forest and external DMZ, central OS and SW packages deployment, central patch management for isolated systems and provide HA to some server roles mainly to DHCP role. Part of the delivery will be also technical documentation of an implemented solution.
The Windows Subject Matter Expert should know the networking fundamentals and have experience with installation, troubleshooting, backup and monitoring of IS. Administration experience with Linux operation system is a benefit.
Education requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology related field or at least 10 years of experience
Essential requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of experience with Win 2008R2/2012R2 on enterprise administration level
- 5 - 8 years of experience with VMware (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter)
- Advance level of experience in ADDS, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Networking fundamentals with Routers, Switches, Firewalls and load balancers
- Installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of the Windows environment
- OS deployment via WDS or SCCM
- Central patching management via WSUS also for isolated environment (offline)
- Basic Linux administration skills (RHEL)
Desirable requirements:
- Technical knowledge of clustering solution for MS server roles to provide HA
- Centrify products knowledge
- Experience with Data Protector, McAfee ePO, Splunk, Solar Winds is a benefit
- Experience witch Linux IPA server
- Experience witch Puppet configuration management tool
