Description
Our client in Mechelen (near Antwerp) is looking for an SIP/ISDN expert.
You will be responsible for the support of troubleshooting issue's for voice calls but focused on the customer side.
Main responsibilities:
* Pinpoint if problems are due to the network or the customer.
This requires detailed knowledge of ISDN and SIP.
In addition knowledge about following components is a plus
* Session Border Controllers, even more specific Sonus SBC's
* OneAccess-IAD's, however it seems that there CLI-itf is similar to Cisco.
* Operational backlog of tasks.
