CONTRACT - Management Consultant - IT Service Desk - Service Improvements - Sweden - CONTRACT

My client is looking for a Management Consultant to assist in the IT Service Desk - Service Improvements. A team manager within the support improvements unit will go on maternity leave. Therefore a team manager is needed from the beginning of November

The role will include (but not exclusive to) Lead, manage and coach co-workers in Sweden and Germany. You will be responsible for the result of the co-workers in terms of the assignments for the co-workers with the activity lead roles, the persons responsible for Incident and Problem management, the persons responsible for various tools used for support their IT services. Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

  • Good leadership and communication skills required as well as a strategic view point.
  • Coaching skills
  • Knowledge in Support Management
  • Service Management
  • ITIL
  • Change Management
  • Project management
