My client are looking for a Project Manager to assist in the After Sales Support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and have good working knowledge of:
- Documenting SIPOCs for existing processes.
- Project Manage the development of the after sales support needed for the upcoming technical range, along with related functions.
- The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Document, find and collate information.
- Lead and drive the work forward, ensure a friction free implementation of an agreed support system
- Business process knowledge. Documentation of working methods
- Fluent in English is a pre-requisite.
