SAP FI-CA Consultant, FICA, FI-CO, FICO
Our client has an opening with their team for a Functional Finance Consultant (FI-CA/FI-CO). They are very interested in people with SAP IS-U experience. The initial contract on offer will be for 6 months with extensions likely to follow.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in SAP Finance
- SAP IS-U FI-CA experience is mandatory
- Configuration & functional expertise of SAP Financial and Contract functionality
- General Ledger
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Asset Accounting
- Profit Centre Accounting
- Controlling
- Project Systems
- BPC - Planning and Budgeting
- BCS - Business Consolidation
- Implementation of SAP Support Packs and Upgrades
You will work with a team of experts in the following capacity:-
- Support of core business processes
- Troubleshooting incident and problem resolution
- Batch monitoring and recovery of failures with a view to improving the system/batch performance
- Delivery of ad hoc unplanned changes
- Documenting procedures and processes for Enterprise systems and interfacing systems
- Managing Project and change request (CR) scoping, estimation and design (ie preparing functional specification) through to implementation (completing system configuration, liaising closely with ABAP team during build phase) and preparing and managing all elements of testing (unit, system and integration)
- Identifying potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape
- Working alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks
