Description
Our leading biopharmaceutical client is currently looking for a senior Operations Project Manager for one of their biologics manufacturing sites in France. The client requires an operational excellence expert with strong Six Sigma / Lean knowhow and a hands-on, problem solving mentality.The project manager will be working alongside the Global Projects Team to support a variety of operational and organisational improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a project management business partner to deliver strategic and transversal operations and cost improvement projects across the site.
- Overview all aspects of the change control projects covering planning, resource management, scheduling and budgeting.
- Provide expertise, leadership and guidance onsite as an expert on efficient and lean production / operations.
- Review of SOP and ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency in production.
- Coaching, mentoring and training of teams.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a production or manufacturing environment with strong FDA and GMP understanding.
- Excellent experience with Lean production and/or Six Sigma.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills ranging from trainings with operators to reporting into senior global management teams.
- Problem solving mentality and ability to develop creative solutions.
- French language skills required, English is desirable.
