Your tasks:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Support in defining the communication strategy around client outreach (approach to be designed across multiple internal teams with client interaction), utility launch and programme updates
- Support technology in defining the requirements to integrate with technology platforms (API)
- Act as project point of contact to both the business and offshore/nearshore client onboarding teams
Your qualifications
- Profound relevant experience in a project/business analyst role
- In-depth experience in a KYC/AML role
- Banking know-how
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a senior level
