Job Description
* Pre-workshop and interview preparation and data collection Workshop kick-off to launch the interview series Conduct management interviews Determine/review the target state Agree/Decide on a target state to be used to complete the gap analysis and create the project roadmap
* The goal is to rapidly understand FSI customer current directions and identify any gaps which are discovered in the interview and information reviews that could impact it`s desired objectives for this project
* Current state analysis report based on methodology - Summary presentation incl. key findings
Must Haves
* High skilled and professional management consultant with more than 15 years plus global IT transformation project experience. Senior management level
Nice to Haves
* Certificates are desirable
Contract Type: Contract - w/m
Start Date: 01 Jan, 2016 or by agreement
Duration: 6 Months with extension
