Your tasks:
- Contract analytics and contract management
- Assessment of validity of existing contracts to be used
- Preparation of contract management actions such as set-up of splitting agreements to existing frame contracts, supplier discussion, preparation of (re)negotiations
- Preparation and execution of tenders
- Contract handling
- Set-up of (frame) contract in SAP
- Support in managing peak loads, e.g. related to getting annual call-offs out
- Progress tracking of contract management activities, analysis of supplier reaction and definition of corrective action in planned contract management activities
Your qualifications
- In-depth knowledge in contract management und analytics of framework agreements
- Procurement specialist in handling of tenders and contract negotiations
- Experience in contract processing and optimizing workflows
- Experience in SAP und other procurement/contract management tools
