Description

Our client is looking for a Smart Metering Onsite Support Consultant for a cutting edge project based in Belgium.

The role acts as an interface between the development team and the customer's requirements in order to support the Customer Project Manager in terms of fulfilling the requirements and completion of customer projects in time. As part of quality management the Role creates test case and executes End2End tests, supports the documentation in current projects and will be contacted in conflicts that may arise and the customer reports.

  • Ensure smooth operations of the Head End Solution for the current 51k meter pilot
  • Work with client on new requirements
  • Role needs to be able to provide overall status update to management
  • Worked in Smart Metering and ideally with a Head End System is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and expectation management skills
  • Linux knowledge is desirable

Training would be provided prior to start to get up to speed with client specific tools.

Occasional travel may be required.

Initial 6 month contract starting in January.

Language: English (mandatory), Dutch (desirable), German (desirable).
