SKILLS:
- Experience in: chargeback management, operations management, recovery process, process organization from A to Z, dispute resolution, working with issuers.
- Experience in Mastercard and Maestro related chargeback (not visa or American Express)
Essential
- Someone with experience in a chargeback department of a bank will be considered
- Language: English
THE ROLE:
Chargeback expert to support different projects around the world (in UK and BE at first, Belfius can be one of the project when the contract is signed)
- Location: unspecified (UK and BE are preferred but the most important is the experience, they can work remotely)
- Start date: ASAP
- Length: minimum 12 weeks with possible extension depending on the projects
