Description

Daily responsibilities will be:
  • To perform the QA review and audit of device history records (DHR) throughout its lifecycle to required timelines and schedules. Compile the batch DHR, perform a review and audit of Quality Records in accordance with approved procedure.
  • To execute inspection and release activities of purchased label copy components associated with Cartoning to required timelines and schedules.
  • Authorise the release of finished products for sale; producing release certificates, applying status labels.
  • Perform the necessary MacPac transactions and complete the required documentation for components and product lots dispositioned as Approved for Release and for Rejection.
  • Support a work environment that ensures team effectiveness. Ensure effective communication with other Unit QA Staff and Quality Management to share information and support the attainment of ADC UK Quality goals and business objectives.
  • Archiving - Facilitate retrieval and delivery of requested archived documents to customers in a timely manner. Ensure records are managed in accordance with their classification and protection requirements.
  • Organised and practical in work approach, with excellent attention to detail. Able to operate efficiently with rapidly changing priorities


The succesful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • A minimum of secondary education, or equivalent qualification completed in Maths and English
  • Organised and practical in work approach, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to operate efficiently with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to work within a team or independently
  • Experience of using computer packages including Word, Excel, MacPac and if possible GQMS.
