Doc & Training ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
" Développer, implémenter et assurer la coordination de déliverables sur le processus Doc&Training
" Assurer que les notions de change management sont intégrées dans le plan d'action
" Participe activement au change management de la MPU( LSPOC, N, N+1, Lead Team)
" Mettre en place une structure de suivi et tracking de la progression de chacun des déliverables
" Rapporter régulierement à son responsable le suivi des déliverables
" Supporte de suivi des déviations servant dinput au amélioration du processus doc&training
" Supporter les « capa owner locaux » et prendre actions si nécessaire pour optimiser les interactions entre son observation et les autres observations.
" Décider, avec les capa owners des points à escalader en gouvernance
" Sassurer du déploiement des methodologies pour atteindre les objectifs FDA
PREREQUISITES
Education :
University Degree (BSc) or equivalent
Knowledge :
" Expérience significative en coaching
" Pharma et environnement GMP
" Expérience dans lanalyse des déviations
" Idéalement une connaissance du terrain et de lunivers de production de vaccin
" Capacité à prioriser les actions pour atteindre lobjectif
Experience : minimum 15 years
" Previous role in deviation and Change management is a requirement
" Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry is highly recommended
" Previous experience in project management is required
