Francophone West Africa Regional Sales Manager/Director ($70k -$120k) Accra, Ghana

A global market leader in the medical devices sector is currently seeking a seasoned Channel Manager to join their team in Accra, Ghana. The successful candidate would be at the forefront of managing the corporation's distributors across francophone West Africa as well as fortifying relationships with Governments and Ministries across the region.

Key Skills & Background
You will have a proven track record of selling to and managing relationships with distributors in West Africa
Excellent negotiation skills
French Speaker
Experience of maintaining government and ministry relations
Medical device or pharmaceutical background

Core Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the District Manager of West Africa, you will be responsible for all lines of business for Channel Partners across West Africa
Set targets and conduct yearly reviews for channel partners Identify new partners and customer needs in the region to maximise growth
You will ensure that Channel Partners comply with regulatory, technical, and competency requirements including but not limited to review, training, and improvement.
Provide channel support such as conducting joint customer visits
