Wilkinson & Associates are currently working with their client to source an interim Financial Controller for a fast-growing, commercial organisation in Edinburgh. Working closely with the CFO, the Financial Controller will have full day-to-day responsibility for delivering financial targets of the business and overseeing first class financial governance as part of the wider leadership team. Key deliverables for the financial controller will beThe optimisation of working capital management with a specific focus on billing and debtor management Oversight of the Treasury function Reporting to the business owners on financial performanceSupporting the development of a talented finance team.Applications are invited from experienced Financial Controllers with a proven track record of managing technical and commercial finance teams in a complex environment. Strong technical financial control and reporting skills are required alongside first class ERP systems knowledge.Finally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing teams of finance professionals through rapidly changing times.
