- Follow-up and support for the company PC and/or data center, different types of technologies or network environments
- Daily 2nd line incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of PCs, network environments, voice and/or peripherals on request
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability (monitoring, back-up, decommissioning procedures, downtime coordination, disaster recovery support, etc.)
- Project related support activities
- Develop and maintain the support documentation (SOPs) for all infrastructure related subjects
- Account, access and/or asset management support activities
Personal skills:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred Language proficiencies
- Dutch and English spoken and written
- French is a plus
