Our Client, a Global technology company is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to be based in Reading on an initial 7 month contract.
The Western Europe Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for driving breakthrough improvements in the execution for the Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) business. The team is accountable for the Operational Excellence of the SMS&P business within an Area, for the quality and impact of Business Insights upon which decisions are made, and for the Sales Leadership needed to embed world class selling within their respective businesses.
In the context of the transformation of the Sales Excellence organization in Western Europe we are looking for candidates to deliver Sales operations support to the clients WE subsidiaries and be part of a the regional SMSP Sales Excellence operations team
The role reports into the area Sales Excellence team and will be in charge of a set of sales operations workload in SMSP working both with WE SMSP HQ stakeholders and the subsidiaries SMSP teams
Primary job functions
The Sales operations manager is in charge of delivering business operations to our business within the following areas
1.Customer segmentation and Data Management
-Customer segmentation updates
-Managed Accounts/Partners List updates
-GRS Sampling
-Account & Territory Planning
-Channel Incentive support
2.Business and Opportunity management
-Pipeline Standardization
-Pipeline management data hygiene
-True-up and renewals data uploads
-Ad hoc pipeline analysis
-EAT data management
3.Scorecard Management
-Business scorecard analysis and communication support
-COE plan/actions tracker
-Scorecard metrics cross geo exception handling
4.Reporting and Analytics
-SMSP cross pipes reporting SME
-Maintain, refresh, and support WE SMS&P reports
-Collaborate with WE BI and WW teams to align on local vs corp reporting
-Ad hoc reporting as needed
