Your tasks:
- Team leader/manager for a QC- team of approx. 15 chemists at our client's HQ
- The manager must encourage the team to take on the challenges while believing that they will succeed as a team
- Quickly establish and maintain an overview of the different tasks and processes within the team in order to prioritise effectively
- Optimise inappropriate/ineffective work processes if needed to ensure solid and stable deliveries
Your qualifications
- Educational background as Technician, B.Sc., Cand.Scient., Cand.Pharm. or similar with knowledge of analytical methods and laboratory processes
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as experience in the QC area is essential
- A seasoned personality with a strong character that will engage this as an exciting challenge
- Positive, open minded, committed and supportive character
- Fluency in Danish and English
