Description
For an Air Traffic Management client, we are looking for a lead consultant mainly to collect information, summarize it and draft the requirements for the call for tenders.
- The consultant shall be knowledgeable in existing solutions covering the IT domains and shall have experience in drafting technical parts of calls for tenders.
- The consultant shall be able to deliver guidance, benchmarking, and best practices.
- The consultant dedicated to collecting information and drafting requirements shall be able to structure and organise workshops, and provide arguments based on facts or experience in order to reach consensus.
- The Company is seeking for a person having a profile at the border between business analysis and technical analysis.
Skills:
- Fluency in either English or French, combined with a good working knowledge of the other language
- Proven experience drafting technical call for tenders
- Proven knowledge of the IT solutions market for the support of corporate processes (SaaS, on premises )
- Proof of experience with typical corporate processes (HR, finance .) through projects, business analysis, process review...
- Ability to deliver recommendation and guidance on relevant market best practices
- Ability to get consensus (conducting workshops, presentation skills )
- Commitment to get relevant support from an organisation/team
- Ability of the supporting organisation to deliver relevant support (benchmarking, market trends )
Tasks:
- Clarify the requirements related to the tools
- Provide guidance and benchmarking about existing solutions
- Get consensus on the final roadmap and goals
- Draft the technical requirements for the subsequent call(s) for tenders
- Gather the relevant technical documents to be annexed to the call(s) for tenders
- Optionally, support the call(s) for tender process
