Description
Description- Manage SAP SOX Compliance and GRC 10.1 activities.
- This includes working closely with other compliance organizations within technology and business.
- Developing and managing a time-line for the execution of controls and delivery of related evidence.
- Provide SOX and audit guidance to department staff members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the policies and play books associated with SAP Compliance activities.
- Responsible for the review and advisement of existing and new control language.
- Will serve as subject matter primary on GRC 10.1 implementation and operations.
- Reviews and documents skill sets related to compliance, GRC and SAP Security.
- Provide process and organizational risk analysis with input on strategic roadmap development.
- Provide team leadership to immediate compliance organization and wider SAP Security teams.
- Devote time and energy to build a strong team and establish effective work rapport with others.
Skills Required
- 4-6 years of strong technical experience with SOX Compliance and SAP Security in a large-sized environment.
- Hands on experience with GRC 10.1 implementation and operations.
- Strong audit mindset and experience.
- Comfortable and fluent with articulating technical and business risk controls at all levels of leadership.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills a must.
- Able to lead process improvement activities while driving execution of existing deliverables
