Customer Support EngineerWe are currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join one of our prestigious telecommunication clients.
Position Title: Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Handling problems that have been reported by customers or other support departments
- Providing contracted customer support services according to established processes.
- Possibly also handle e.g. Proactive service and Software Update Management.
- Working with some or all of the following tools: SMS – CSR handling tool, Metis – Knowledge management tool, RSG – Remote Service Gateway, MH web - Trouble report handling tool
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support environment
- Knowledge of Customer Issue handling
- Experience with Software Update Management handling preferred
- Experience with or knowledge of relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English mandatory, fluency in Polish strongly preferred
