Description
You need to be organised, hard working, capable of working on your own and within a team. This role requires you to be confident in your accounts knowledge as there is no Finance Director to support you. External accountants are used if any urgent help is required.
You will be reporting into the Company Director.

Main Tasks:
- Raising sales ledger invoices, weekly and monthly
- Debt collecting
- Entering purchase ledger invoices
- Controlling payments to suppliers and sending remittances
- Bank reconciliations
- Updating weekly cash flow
- Submitting quarterly VAT returns
- Processing internal Payroll
- Raising P11d's
- Processing staff expenses
- Submitting quarterly legislative reports
- Producing internal monthly management accounts
- Reporting monthly accounts and any accounts issues to the directors
- Dealing with all contractor queries and offer them support on invoicing when required
- Administrative duties required by directors
- Renewing company insurances & other lease's
Knowledge:
- A knowledge and understanding of Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll
- ACCA or CIMA qualified preferred but not essential.
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are based in Cheltenham town centre with limited parking so we are ideally looking for someone local to our offices.

Salary is between £22,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience
Ideally looking for a January 2016 Start
