JOB DESCRIPTION
To deliver financial analysis to support the Finance department's transformation from the existing to the new financial and organisational structure. The new structure includes a significant change in financial management to implement activity-based reporting (ABR).
This will include:
Review and analysis of financial data and reporting across the transition from old to new organisational structure
Developing and delivering processes to transition the organisation from old to new financial structure over the financial year-end
Developing and implementing processes to support the for the new financial structure
System build activities (MS365 and Tagetik) and monitoring of data quality issues Definition, build and review of new financial MI requirements
Communicating financial processes and concepts to non-financial managers and staff across the organisation (including training when required)
Essential Experience:
Management Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis experience
Activity Based Reporting experience
Excellent Excel skills
Staff management of finance professionals
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
