Service Now consultant is required by a leading technical organisation to work on a project in Canada.
The candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or have a Canadian work permit.
Project Number or Name: Service Management Integration
Project Description: The customer has acquired a service management solution for select service management functions from the vendor ServiceNow which is now supposed to be integrated across the organization. The objective is to analyze the current IT landscape with regard to service management functions, elements and systems. It needs to be defined which functions and elements can be replaced and taken over by ServiceNow and how the resulting solution architecture as well as the system integration approach looks like. This project is addressing internal service management of the customer and functionalities only, not customer-facing.
Project Tasks of Freelancer:
- as-is analysis of current IT and service management landscape within customer's IT organization,
- derive which pieces could be replaced by ServiceNow and define respective system and system integration requirements
Required Qualification of Freelancer:
Mix of system and solution architect with hands-on ServiceNow experience in telecom carrier-grade environment (experience with ServiceNow on Enterprise-level in non-telco industries is not sufficient)
- Experience with system integration projects (this is not a implementation and configuration role but a larger integration project)
Other requirements: - Must have Canadian work permit or citizenship - Needs to be located 100% on site
