Service Reporting Analyst - Insurance (London Markets)
Our industry leading client requires a Service Reporting Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Essex.
Responsibilities
The Service Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the day to day reporting of Service Desk services provided to customers and senior management across both outsource partners and in-house, country specific staff:
Reporting on internal and vendor service desks against service levels and quality controls
Highlighting risks and issues appropriately to the Service Operations Manager
The Service Reporting Analyst will also play a key role in identifying service improvement opportunities:
Understand requirements for and work with Service Improvement to initiate Service improvement activity
Monitor and track progress of Service improvement initiatives in the Service Operations area.
Skills & Experience
Understanding of system development methodologies
Experience and understanding of adapting to the situation to resolve issues
Experience of managing relationships both internal and external
Excellent communication skills; approachable; authoritative; diplomatic; demonstrates empathy; strong focus on performance measurement, management and talent development
Experience of ITIL disciplines
Ability to engage with internal and external resources to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
