So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Responsibilities:
-Providing administrative and project coordination support to Category Manager
-Reviewing and summarizing key contractual terms in software/licensing agreements
-Maintaining an inventory of licenses/subscriptions, along with transition status
-Supporting Category Manager in negotiations with suppliers
-Following up with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure action items are completed
-Coordinating the transport, transfer and execution of various contractual documents
Requirement
-Experience with reading/redlining software contracts
-Knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong communication skills. English and German language preferred.
