Next-Link Solutions are currently seeking for an experienced Functional Analyst CRM with the following skills and experience:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Experience in CRM Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
- Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in Large Projects & Project with Impact on work process
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development.
- Experience in complex environment many integrations with other functional services.
Language: Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset
Location: Belgium
Duration: 6 months +
