Support Escalation Agent: German Speaking- Reading- Initial 6 Month Contract- £30K-£34Kpa

Our Client, a Global technology company is seeking a German Speaking Support Escalation Agent to be based in Reading on an initial 6 month contract.

Experience:

Strong knowledge in products such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Skype
Previous support experience
Multilingual
Exceptional customer handling skills and the ability recover situations ensuring high customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast passed ever changing environment

2.What would be great to have
Experience in using and supporting a broad range of Microsoft products
Research and resolve technical issues using resources and initiative
Backup and recovery
Developing solutions including interfaces, services, utilities or customer requests.
Certification on MCITP, MCDST or MCSE is a plus
