Sales Support Analyst - German/Dutch Speaker
My Global Technology client is seeking a Sales Support Analyst, who will be accountable for the relationship management of their own Customer base and ensure that all customer requirements are identified and met. You will serve as the key interface/liaison between the Customer, Sales and the internal support organisations that include the Customer Service Centre, Marketing, Pricing and Global Operations (Manufacturing & Distribution) with regards to any issues. This position requires sales support and account maintenance/management skills in order to achieve a high level of customer delight.
You will be assigned named accounts and will have the responsibility to ensure that these accounts continue to thrive in the partnership.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Sales, Customer Service and or equivalent customer facing experience.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Language Skills: Must speak either Dutch or German fluently
* Strong Communication Skills - oral and written
* Problem Solving
* 1-3 years' experience in Sales Order Management or market equivalent
* Strong knowledge of order and revenue policies and practices
* Attention to Detail
* Analytical Skills
* Ability to prioritize workload/Self-starter
* Microsoft Skills
* Ability to work independently
