Description
Our client in Sweden is currently looking for an IMS Operations Engineer with solid experience in troubleshooting and trouble ticket handling. A solid background in CS core is necessary and Operational experience of Huawei CS Core would be beneficial. Operations experience of IMS mandatory.
The role is a day to day Operations Support role where the main role will be handling tickets, supporting the Back Office and setting up routines and procedures.
No shift work (unless exceptional circumstances).
