E-discovery, Electronic-discovery & Forensic Technologies
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial eDiscovery environment (either in-house or at a vendor).
- Multiple experiences in the delivery of eDiscovery services in financial services
- Understanding of data sources and data types in the financial service industries
- An understanding of Regulatory retention practices, including the engineering of data into an archive and the complexities of data retrieval;
- Proven ability to drive efficiencies in a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative, and team-focused environment;
- Understanding of the EDRM model and what happens at each step;
- Vast knowledge of the up- and down-stream eDiscovery processes.
- Understanding what happens to the data at an eDiscovery processing vendor and during legal review
- General understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- eDiscovery Client facing role to support Global coverage for CRM function, supporting roles approved for US.
- Adding eDiscovery and forensic knowledge to CRM team.
