Senior Service Solution Architect
Base: Beijing China. Europe. USA. Global Business travel(30~40%) is needed. You must be available to start in 2 weeks
Responsibilities
Customer-oriented business objectives, Undertake BP (Business Plan) of ALL-IP network consulting and planning capability(Including architecture planning, capacity planning, network evolution strategy).
For the whole network resource utilization to enhance network optimization, Including flow distribution model, traffic forecasts, traffic migration.
Develop and maintain high level customer relationship with strategy customers.
Analyze and identify the strategy customers' potential requirements which can effectively drive service solution development.
Responsible for working out service solution architecture
Analyze deeply into market characteristics and make regional service solution sales strategy.
Attend in making medium or long term business plan and annual business plan.
Track and study industrial development trends and initiate innovative service solution development.
Provide high-level communication and presentation support for major service bidding projects.
Background and skills requirements
Bachelor or above degree major in communications science or related field.
Deep comprehension with service methodologies and architecture. Having ITIL or eTOM certificate is highly desired.
Familiar with IP technologies including IGP/BGP/MPLS/HA/QOS/Multicast/Traffic Engineering.
Know well about special tools to speed up network roll-out, such as CNC, OPNET, WANDL.
Having CCIE or JNCIE certificate is preferred.
Accept to travel abroad for business.
Excellent communication and presentation skill in English.
Experience requirements:
More than 8 year's work experience in telecom industry, world class operators or incumbent vendors or well-known service providers.
At least 1 recent references with leading operators in the area of network planning or Innovation department work experience. Familiar operator network construction and operation and maintenance procedures.
More than Director level customer engage experience is preferred..
Having capabilities and experience in IP+Optical multilayered planning (multilevel planning methodology, capacity coordination, collaboration survivability) is highly desired.
Worked or working for related telecom standard organization.
