We have had such a successful year that we have managed to grow in gross profit once again, this time by 13% in 2015. This position will see you joining the Engineering market recruiting for Project and Programme managers on a contract desk within the East Midlands area.About SThree:

About the Recruitment Job:
Your recruitment job will be to join our highly successful recruitment team within Progressive Recruitment in the Engineering market on a contract desk. Your specialised area will be recruiting for Project and Programme Managers in the East Midlands area.. You will be using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies. We will be able to help assist you in this by giving you the training you will need to learn the market and provide as much support to make you as successful as we can.
About you:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will join a collaborative and successful sales team, where you will be rewarded for your achievement of sales through an uncapped commission scheme, and we prioritise your development through meaningful career plans set in place from day one. Promotion opportunities are also available within and outside of the UK - SThree operates worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success as a recruitment consultant in specialist markets; excellent negotiate skills; a drive for excellent customer service; a strong understanding of business ethics; and IT literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
