Role:
To execute predefined processes in the areas of:
- Primary executor of local IT rep processes
- Backup for PC lifecycle replacement scheduling (PCLCM) processes
- Backup service support on non-standard solutions
- Execution of some Service Desk ticket monitoring processes.

Requirements:
  • Education qualifications beyond Matura level particularly in IT
  • Experience/interest in IT, preferably in support
  • Experience working in pharma Industry
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player, who is organised and who has good soft skills as the role involves working with users.
  • They will have experience in operating computer based processes.
  • They will have some technical understanding, perhaps from working on an IT support desk.
  • Understand the local IT representative processes and execute them in a timely fashion including management of users and user expectations.
  • Understand the approach to PC Lifecycle Scheduling and to execute the scheduling processes as needed.
  • Become familiar with the portfolio of Non-Standard Support services we offer and provide service support and first line incident management as needed.
