- BCP & DRP Coordinators: ITIL, testing, Documentation
- Security profiles: CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, InfoBlox, Vasco and Cyber security
- Several team leaders: Services desk, system engineer teams
- Quality Managers: ISO 27001, TIA-942
- Technical writers
