Compensation: Hourly Rate

Duration: 3 months + up to 6 Month Extension

Description:

  • SAP HCM consultant with expertise in recruitment, succession planning, and talent management with Successfactors Domain Knowledge.
  • This individual will be responsible for designing recruitment, and talent management KPIs and defining reports to deliver those KPIs.
  • Experience in Successfactors is a nice to have.
  • Experience in defining test strategy, and training strategy for SAP HCM/HR users.
  • Ability to convince stakeholders on reporting solution.
