ICT M&A Senior ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a ICT M&A Senior Consultant to join their business in Kista.
Position Title: ICT M&A Senior Consultant
Position Type: Contract (Part-Time)

Requirements
- Reporting to the investment committee and Board, focusing on investment opportunities and projects within Europe for venture investments and M&A activities
- Stay ahead in cutting edge ICT technologies and industry trends leading to innovation
- Collaborate with innovation organizations (such as universities, research institutes and companies)
- Track VC and M&X dynamics
- Source and recommend potential partners of ICT technology
- Build a continuous and stable relationship with VP, investment banks, consulting firms, etc. in the Nordic countries
- Responsible for evaluating opportunities of technological cooperation, VC investments and M&As for Huawei
- Participate and support opportunities assessment, due Diligence, agreements negotiation, closing and integration, basing on the investment and M&A process
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in cutting edge ICT technologies
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- Expert in venture investment and M&A related activities
- Well-structured logical thinking and analytical skill
- Master or PhD in telecommunications, ICT, or similar field
