Developing new policies and procedures in medical staffing
Medical recruitment including Consultants Advisory Appointment Panels
Managing rotational junior doctors
Consultant contract and job planning
Medical revalidation and appraisal
European Working Time Directive/Monitoring of Junior Doctor Hours
Designing simple and complex shift rosters
Reducing Agency costs
Complex medical employment relation cases
Financial acumen
Electronic Staff Record System and NHS Jobs software systems
